HISTORY
Department of Chemistry was commissioned in 1957 with the blessings of Sri Nanapaneni Venkatrao the founder Secretary & Correspondent of the College. The first Head of the Department is Sri G.Basava Punna Rao who also worked as in charge principal later.

MISSION OF THE DEPARTMENT
The Mission of the Department is to
educate the students for research to meet the local/global environmental issues
through chemical education. An effective Teaching – Learning adjunct to cater
the need of industry in the context of the developing needs of the society.
